Imin Lee - Chief Executive Officer (founder)
Imin Lee is a successful entrepreneur that has achieved excellent results for customers, employees and investors. She has over 20 years of executive management and technical experience in networking, security, telecommunications, and enterprise software.
Prior to starting AccelOps, Imin founded Protego Networks, a leading provider of Security Information Management appliances. Within 2 years under her leadership and strategic direction, the company went through rapid growth and development with customers ranging from mid to large enterprises, and with a revenue runway of $12M prior to its acquisition by Cisco Systems.
Upon the acquisition, Imin Lee became the Director of Engineering in the Cisco Security Technology Group where she successfully integrated the product into the Cisco portfolio and grew revenues by 500% - achieving a worldwide customer base and establishing the product's leadership in the marketplace.
Previously, Imin held numerous technical and management positions in Cisco, Bell Labs, AT&T Labs, and IBM.
Imin currently sits on the board of high-tech companies and professional organizations where she is very active in building industry partnerships and developing global relationships. In 2007, she successfully advised the M&A transaction between Trend Micro and Provilla, Inc. She is a board advisor for Techbridge, Inc. and HYSTA (www.hysta.org), a nonprofit Silicon Valley / China professional networking organization.
She is often featured and interviewed by the US and Chinese media, and speaks frequently in many local Silicon Valley organizations and in China for her entrepreneurial and leadership experience. In 2007, Imin was elected as the first female President of HYSTA and hosted the 2007 HYSTA Annual Conference where former Vice President of United States Al Gore was the keynote speaker on global warming -- attracting over 2000 attendees, 60 CEOs and executives from China and America.
She holds an MS degree in Computer Science from State University of New York and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from South China University of Technology, China.

Dr. Partha Bhattacharya - Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Engineering (founder)
A member of the IETF standards body and holder of 15 US patents, Partha Bhattacharya has more than 18 years experience in networking, security, database, and system architecture, and software development. Partha technical vision and business acumen has been instrumental at successfully executing numerous corporate initiatives and industry projects to their fruition.
Partha co-founded Protego Networks, where as CTO, he created the award winning MARS SIM appliance product line. Following its acquisition by Cisco, Partha lead the team that extended the product's capabilities to satisfy a global market that resulted in a solution that today remains one of the leading security management appliances in the industry.
Prior to the acquisition, Partha was the architect and technical lead covering the implementation of the Cisco Security Management Infrastructure establishing security services designs for the PIX, IOS, Firewall, VPN, Router and IDS products.
Prior to Cisco, Partha spent nine years as a research scientist in IBM T.J. Watson Research Center where he directed numerous network QoS, security, system scheduling, and parallel query designs. While at IBM, Partha designed IBM's implementation of IETF Service Location Protocol, built the industry's first IR wireless LAN access point with token-ring.
Partha was the recipient of two IBM Outstanding Innovation awards and achieved Fellowship at the University of Maryland System Research Center. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
Scott Gordon - Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Scott Gordon has 20 years of marketing, product management and business development experience across enterprise software, networking, data management and security domains.
Scott previously was vice president of marketing at event data warehouse vendor SenSage. Scott was VP of Marketing at Protego Networks prior to its acquisition by Cisco. As VP of marketing at NeoScale, he established the storage data security category. He also served as vice president of marketing and business development at Internet Tools, a network intrusion detection pioneer acquired by Axent Technologies (AXNT). Scott has also held director and senior product management positions at Axent, McAfee, Cheyenne Software and Computer Associates.
Scott holds ITIL, CISSP and ISSMP certifications. He earned a masters degree in marketing, as well as bachelor degrees in marketing and MIS from Hofstra University.
Stephen Tsuchiyama – Vice President, Sales
Stephen Tsuchiyama is an accomplished sales executive with over 14 years of experience building and leading high performance sales teams. He comes to AccelOps from Hewlett-Packard where he served as the vice president of the Americas for the Software-as-a-Service business unit.
Stephen joined HP via its acquisition of Opsware, where as the vice president of Asia-Pacific, he established the field operations team that launched the data center automation market across the region. He grew the business quickly from its inception and expanded rapidly into Japan, China, Korea and Australia winning multinational customers such as NTT, Samsung, Bank of China and Telstra.
Before Opsware, Stephen was with CollabNet, the leading provider of on-demand collaborative software development solutions. At CollabNet, he increased growth by 400% across the western United States and throughout Asia-Pacific.
Stephen has held sales leadership positions at Parametric Technology Corporation, Gambro and Abbott Laboratories. Stephen received his bachelor degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Iqlas Ottamalika – Senior Director, Engineering
Iqlas Ottamalika has over 14 years hands-on expertise building large-scale enterprise, networking and network security applications.
Prior to AccelOps, Iqlas was senior manager at Cisco where he redefined management tools development and pioneered user-centric designs for the company's network management applications. He developed and managed the Network management interfaces projects for Cisco's ASA, PIX, FWSM firewalls, IPS/IDS devices and IME. His creations have become widely popular with customers and were adopted as a Cisco standard. Prior to Cisco, Iqlas also worked at Lucent and Siemens Information systems.
Iqlas, an accomplished innovator with 5 pending patents, holds a CCIE in security. Iqlas received his MBA and a Masters degree from University of California.
