Rightsizing Made Simple.

Every AccelOps solution is All-In-One – it includes the full set of IT service management functionality. There are no additional modules to purchase. Customers can start at the most appropriate model - adding coverage and upgrading capacity as needed.

Models can easily be combined, dynamically, to enable event greater combined performance capacity. All models retain up to one year of correlated and raw operational data that is online and readily available for historic analysis. Additional capacity and multi-year subscription license are also available.

Support, Maintenance and Peace-of-Mind Included

Our Subscription License includes maintenance (model updates and releases), as well as standard technical support during the term of the license. Beyond telephone support, users can take advantage of built-in “HowTo” videos, online community self-help and our online support center. Customers have the flexibility to upgrade their Model to another with greater capacity and have the unused portion of the original fee applied to a new model license and subscription term.

Security The AccelOps solution is built on an integrated security model which encompasses a hardened operating environment, role-based access controls, data encryption and segregation, as well as network, application and data security best practices. The AccelOps data center operates with strong physical and logical security controls, employs a SaaS-70 Type II certified site, network security, system redundancy and data snapshot technology.

1Model Performance Parameters, Virtual Appliance

Performance parameters represent the approximate operational capacity of the AccelOps software based customer-provided hardware as per AccelOps model requirements.

EPS or Events per Second represents the number of operational events processed by the solution (in the case of SaaS, the events transmitted locally from the Customer to the AccelOps datacenter).

CI or Configuration Item(s) are determined by counting number of network devices, servers, and unique application types and their respective processes, but excludes counting users, defined groups or defined services.

ODA or online data analysis provides the means for instant analysis of historical ops data by the Customer. Leveraging AccelOps optimized data repository, all models by default support online analysis equivalent to one year of ops data assuming full EPS. Additional online data retention can be licensed and is only limited to the amount of customer-provided storage capacity. There is no dba or storage migration burden. The result - all correlated and raw data is readily accessible to the extent of available customer-provided storage capacity (or as the case with SaaS, as retained by AccelOps datacenter) and the respective ODA level.

2Model Performance Parameters, SaaS

Software-as-a-Service customers provide necessary hardware for local data collection by the AccelOps client software (called the Collector). AccelOps Collector compresses and securely transmits local ops data to our AccelOps managed datacenter that provides 24x7 AccelOps application monitoring, operational data processing and data storage to support the respective SaaS Model Performance Parameters. Additional CI's and ODA overage charges can apply if exceeded within the subscription term. Customers can determine the number of CI's to be monitored and operational data stored (ODA) within the AccelOps SaaS solution to control or negate overage surcharges.
